Your brand on your client’s desktop!  Manage direct client communication through the Tray Icon messaging.  Your clients can request support via the Tray Icon through PSA integration, a support email address, a support website or directly into the Naverisk Ticket Management system. 

Support Ticket Management

Your client’s users can send support requests (via the Naverisk Tray Icon) directly into the Naverisk Incident Console.  Support tickets can be assigned to your colleagues or your downstream partners (MSP’s or internal corporate IT personnel).

Patch Management

Naverisk automatically discovers and alerts on missing security patches.  Apply multiple missing security patches and updates across managed devices.  A complete patch history for each device shows both installed and missing patches.

Remote Control 

The Naverisk Remote Control platform provides fast, easy and secure web based access to your managed devices from anywhere in the world.  Control devices interactively or silently in the background whilst maintaining your client’s privacy and security with multiple levels of Remote Control permission management.

Remote Console

Access managed device Command line and PowerShell consoles through the Naverisk web interface to quickly diagnose and resolve issues in the background without interrupting the end user.

Monitoring and Alerting

View and monitor the real time performance, security, availability and configuration of managed devices.
Email based alerts and escalations can be sent to staff across all areas of the business based upon monitored thresholds being exceeded, availability exceptions occurring or an incident response SLA being threatened.

Network Device Monitoring

The Naverisk SNMP monitoring engine can be configured to monitor, alert and report on any SNMP enabled device, including printers.

Event Log Monitoring

The Naverisk Event Log Monitoring supports granular Windows Event Log monitoring.  View and filter Windows Event Logs remotely on managed devices via the Naverisk UI. Create custom monitoring Roles that raise Incidents and send Alerts based upon Event Log Entries.

Inventory Management

Naverisk allows you to maintain an up-to-date view of the hardware and software assets in use across an organisation.  Track software installation dates, locations and managed device hardware configurations.

Backup and Anti Virus Monitoring

Monitor and report on Backup and Anti Virus systems through Naverisk Templates and Roles.  If the Backup or Anti Virus products you use are not supported “out of the box”, the Naverisk support team will work with you on the creation of custom monitoring and management scripts and Templates, as required, to ensure these critical systems are managed appropriately.

Software License Management

Monitor and report upon the software licensing status across all managed devices across your (or your clients) businesses.  Software installation dates, versions and location information is available through the Naverisk web console.

PSA Integration

Naverisk supports various levels of integration into the most popular PSA or Service Desk platforms and also support integration into proprietary Service Desk systems.

Incident Management

The Naverisk Incident management lifecycle allows for fast and efficient incident management across multiple clients and managed devices.  Easily configure Naverisk to notify you when incidents occur, potential incident response SLA’s are threatened, or there are important changes in incident status.

Reporting

Naverisk provides a truly powerful and differentiating reporting solution.  Deliver meaningful reports that outline the value you are providing through a proactive Managed IT Service delivery.  Not only report on IT systems health and status but also incident response levels by severity and sales opportunities.  Technical reports cover managed device availability, performance, security patch status, backups, software licensing, and asset and inventory.  Reports are available as PDF, Excel, RTF, or CSV formats.
