Naverisk Ltd, an Auckland based software development company, releases the first iteration of an easy to use web based IT Management platform. Targeting Managed Service Providers and Corporate IT teams Naverisk enhances the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.
Naverisk has created an easy to use IT management platform through the combination of Remote Management, Remote Monitoring, Asset and Inventory control all accessible via a single web console.
“Cloud based delivery of software makes a lot of sense in the NZ market, where the largest proportion of our clients are small and medium sized businesses (SMB). Our SaaS offering allows our customers to begin managing their systems in minutes, with no risk, and no requirements for additional infrastructure”, states founder and CEO, Jon Kalaugher.
Jon continues, “The goal of Naverisk is to provide an easy to use, cost effective web based IT management platform relevant for the global SMB market. Making Naverisk available via ”the Cloud” was an obvious decision for us”.
Of course, SaaS solutions are not without their challenges “designing and building a system which exposes powerful functionality via the web to the user in a simple fashion can be difficult. However, I think we have achieved this with Naverisk” comments Robert Redgwell, the companies Lead Software Architect.
Naverisk also addresses the concerns of organisations that may be a little hesitant in trusting their IT management solution to run in the Cloud and have created an Onsite version of Naverisk that companies can install and manage internally.
Naverisk is currently completing the pilot Release Candidate, with the release of a commercial version in April 09. If you are interested in using or helping test Naverisk, please contact sales@Naverisk.com.
Naverisk is focused on allowing Managed Service Providers and internal IT departments “to do more with less” Whilst the initial release of Naverisk contains a basic level of functionality Naverisk has big plans for the expansion of the products features.
