Naverisk 2018 R3 RMM & PSA has been released

Naverisk 2018 R3 was successfully released in October and is a fundamental platform upgrade.

The third major release of the year is packed with new RMM, PSA, and Service Desk functionality and performance updates.

The flagship feature of R3 is the powerful “drag and drop” Business Intelligence and reporting engine, allowing the extraction of key IT service business insights (client profitability, technician utilisation, etc.) with just a few clicks.
