Email Management, reply and forward emails

Email functionality now includes reply, reply all, and forward options from any previously received emails.

                          

Intuitive Drag and Drop, file management

Enhanced file and image management now supports drag and drop functionality. Images are inserted as inline elements, and files are attached to notes and emails.

 

Inline images editing

We have implemented image resizing capability and enhanced image editor.

 

Attachments, new design

The attachment UI has been revamped with a standardized and visually improved design.

 

Email templates, use variables

We've simplified the email template modal so you can easily create and use custom templates with custom Naverisk variables for more effective communication.

 

User mentions

Redesigned user mentions for improved performance and a more intuitive, modern look and feel.

 

UserProfile, signature

Added image editing features to user signatures, allowing for easy adjustments and updates.

 

Email, history

The improved ticket history feature provides flexible editing of previous activity notes ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Windows Agent, stability

 The Windows agent has been updated to enhance agent packagemanagement, including improved processing and more efficient version handling.

·      Fixed: Software Licensing report generation is now functioning as expected

·      Fixed: Changing clients on tickets will not reset SLA Class or Ticket Type
